PHase I - is complete!

In October 2025 K2K Leadership, Julian Thomas traveled to Katochi and was hosted by Dimitra Pitsikou for the purposes of moving forward with our K2K School Air Conditioning Project!

During the October 2025 visit the electrical system was upgraded in five classrooms of the First Elementary School of Katochi to support the new systems! 

Additionally, five (24 BTU) Air Conditioning Units were installed!  One in the kitchen and four in classrooms/summer students sleeping quarters!

In April 2026 the remainder of the First Elementary School of Katochi will have electrical upgraded and new air conditioning units installed and ready for the return of the  2026 KU Summer Program!
